5. Mobile Information & Data Use

Mobile information may be shared only with trusted service providers that assist us in delivering SMS/MMS and voice messaging services on our behalf. Such providers are contractually prohibited from using mobile information for their own marketing.
We retain records of SMS opt-in consent and messaging preferences for compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.

A2P 10DLC carrier requirements
